Brian Kearney is the CEO and Co-Founder of Farmland Stock Exchange, based in Bloomington, Illinois. A University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign graduate with a background spanning cybersecurity, finance, and media. Brian brings a diverse skill set to the farmland investing space. He serves as a Cyber Officer in the Air National Guard and is the owner of Cashflow Podcasting. Brian hosts The Land Ledger Podcast, where he explores farmland investing through conversations with farmers, financial experts, and agricultural innovators. His mission is to make farmland ownership more accessible while preserving America's rural communities.

Marc Hartness is a Co-Founder of Farmland Stock Exchange, based in El Paso, Illinois. A seasoned risk management professional, Marc transitioned into farmland investing driven by deep roots in rural America. Growing up agriculture-adjacent in a small community, he brings firsthand understanding of the challenges farmers face around land ownership, sustainable practices, and generational transitions. Marc and his team work directly with farmers and landlords to create mutually beneficial investment opportunities that support small rural communities. He shares his expertise regularly as a rotating host of The Land Ledger Podcast, discussing farmland investing and the future of family farms.

Steve Wasilowski is a second-generation painting contractor and Co-Founder and Vice President of PaintJet, a venture-backed construction robotics startup and nationwide commercial painting contractor based in Nashville, Tennessee. A Central Washington University graduate in Political Science, Steve has spent over 15 years in the painting and coatings industry, progressing through roles at Great Western Coatings, Total Painting, CertaPro Painters, and PPG Industries. At PaintJet, he lead field sales and production operations, leveraging technology to scale the business with strategic partners. Steve is also an active member of the Tilt-Up Concrete Association.

Austin Holiman is an Agriculture and Commercial Lender who provides financial solutions to farmers and businesses across Southeast Missouri. With a portfolio exceeding $22 million in agricultural loans, Austin has built a reputation for outstanding client relationships and deep knowledge of the agricultural lending landscape. Prior to his career in banking, he served as a campus and preaching minister, bringing a people-first approach to everything he does. Since 2016, Austin has also offered consulting services in communication coaching and conflict management, supporting leaders across industries.
